EARC volunteers to assist at this year's Borderland Music & Arts Festival, bringing a fun and engaging friendship bracelet station to the Kid's Zone.
Each day, we help little ones (and their parents) spread the message of Rotary through colorful beads. We have a wonderful time and meet many new friends.
