Be part of the magic this December at EA Wonderland, a new annual holiday market hosted by the East Aurora Rotary Club on the historic Roycroft Campus Great Lawn. Enjoy warm and twinkling lights, cozy cabins, fresh pine, local fare, and joyful experiences for the whole family!

VENDOR DETAILS
Eligability
Artisans should exhibit and sell hand-crafted work of the highest caliber. All artisans agree to display only their own artwork of the same quality as the images provided for jury review. No products using licensed imagery, logo or brands will be allowed.

Application Process
Artisans must submit three images of items representative of the quality and kind of work to be exhibited and sold at EA Wonderland. Please include three images of your vendor setup. A previous booth shot is preferred.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before November 15, 2026 will result in 100% booth fee refund less a $5 administrative fee (fees are non-refundable.) Cancellations after November 15 will not be refunded.

Application Fee
Submission of $20 application fee does not guarantee acceptance. This is a juried event. Fee may be paid by by check made payable and sent to: East Aurora Rotary Foundation, Attn: EA Wonderland 537 Prospect Ave, East Aurora, NY 14052

Booth Rental Fees
$125 for single day
$250 for Weekend 1 (Nov 27-29)
$300 for Weekend 2 (Dec 4-6)
$350 for Weekend 3 (Dec 11-13)
$400 for Weekend 4 (Dec 18-20)
$750 for the Full Season

Application fees will be credited toward the booth fee. Note: Booth fee must berecieved by September 1, 2026 or you risk forfeiting your reservation.
